Today, Pastor Torp has a jaw-dropping conversation with the Norwegian attorney-at-law, Erik Bryn Tvedt.

The backdrop is that Norway has been sentenced numerous times since 2019 by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg for breeches against article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), which guarantees the right to respect for private and family life, home, and correspondence. It protects personal autonomy, identity, and relationships. But Norway has not been willing to comply with the verdicts of Europe´s highest court.

Along with thousands of concerned Norwegian citizens, attorney Erik Bryn Tvedt is defending professsor dr Lillian Gran against the infamous Norwegian child welfare system («Barnevernet») which in 2023 took both her teenage kids from her..

Now three years have gone by, and she has been kept for the last four months in custody in a Norwegian jail. Even the children´s grandparents are denied the right to communicate with the kids.

On April 21st, a Norwegian court is moving Lillian Gran forcefully to a closed psychiatric ward to «observe» her for several weeks.
