The Fifth Annual Gathering of European Apostolic Leaders (EAL) was held in Edinburgh & Motherwell, Scotland on March 21st-24th, 2018.

Marshall Cross of Wishaw was our able host.

All the sessions were held at the Alona Hotel in Motherwell.

It was a highlight to pay a visit to the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh.

Our keynote speaker was the Vice-President of Romania´s Parliament, Dr. Ben-Oni Ardelean, who flew exclusively from Romania to Scotland and back to spend one day with EAL. His message on Friday evening was entitled «The European Battle for the Values», and was conveyed exclusively to the EAL members. Dr. Ardelean has two earned doctorates from leading universities, and is widely regarded as a foremost ideological leader in Europe for Christian values. He is the former Vice-President of the Baptist Theological Seminary in Bucharest.

A cultural highlight took place on Friday evening when Mary from the Hebridese sang in Gaelic about the Grace of God: «Gras de is Gradh de».

Trish Jenkins travelled all the way from Australia, invited by EAL´s President Jan-Aage Torp, to deliver a compelling message based on her first book, «Treasures of Darkness: A Prison Journey», where she tells the story of how she had to go to prison, and how God restored her. (The top photo shows Trish leading the EAL Gathering in prayer.)

A fundamental message on our official theme «The Ekklesia, Arise, in the Nations of Europe!» was delivered to the EAL Gathering by George E. Markakis. Wieslaw Ziemba spoke on «The Ekklesia within the Seven Mountains».

Several members of EAL had excellent presentations as well.
