Today´s guest in the Insight Talkshow with Pastor Torp is Dan Illouz, Member of the Knesset who resides in Jerusalem.
Illouz represents the ruling party of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Likud, and is a man of faith and a strong voice for traditional values. He is the man who suggested to the Knesset to pass a law to ban UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) from Israel, and it passed after a bipartisan vote. He is critical of allowing the Heredim as a community to avoid military conscription, while simultaneously being in favor of allowing well-founded exceptions for spiritual purposes.
Jan-Aage asks him about the place for the growing Christian community in israel, and even in the Likud party, both Arabs and Jews, and he gives an interesting answer.
