Anne Godding, MD - Fighting for Families in Norway

In this Special Edition of Insight, Pastor Torp continues his conversations with experts in Norway regarding the mindblowing case about Dr Lillian Gran, who has been in custody for almost five months in a Norwegian jail, and on April 22nd she will be forcefully committed by the Police to a psychiatric ward to be observed by psychiatrists for six weeks.

What is Dr Lillian´s crime? She has allowed her teenage children to call her on the phone, and she has believed her daughter’s testimony that she has been sexually abused by her male care-person.

The backdrop is the uncontested power in Norway of «Barnevernet», Norway´s infamous child welfare system, which has faced multiple convictions in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg for breeches against article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights - «the right to family life». However, the authorities in Norway refuse to comply with the highest court in Europe.

Pastor Torp´s guest today is the Medical Doctor Anne Godding who has carefully investigated this case for almost two years. Godding, a communist and humanist, agrees with the conservative Christian pastor Jan-Aage in this horrendous case.

The citizens of Norway will no longer accept the maltreatment of Dr Lillian Gran & her two teenage kids.
