Lillian Gran to be released

The continued detention of dr Lillian Gran for another four weeks was appealed by her to the Eidsivating Court of Appeal, and there her appeal was unanimously upheld today, and the prosecution´s request was not accepted.

– Lillian Gran´s appeal has been upheld in the Court of Appeal and will probably be released on June 2nd, says Oslo pastor Jan-Aage Torp in a message to Norge Idag. Jan-Aage and his wife Aina have been following the case closely.

– I was so happy that a shudder went from my head to my stomach. I could hardly believe it was true, says Britt Gran, who is Lillian Gran's mother, to Norge IDAG.

Oslo pastor Jan-Aage Torp has made 12 TV programs about Lillian's case since June 2024, both Norwegian and English. They have even organized a conference in Oslo about the case, which has had a great impact in her local community.

– Aina and I are jubilantly grateful and happy, because this is a spiritual battle, Torp tells Norge IDAG.

– Without understanding that, nothing helps. All our lobbying and articles would be of no use, but it is the power of prayer that is decisive. When we come before God, God answers our prayers. I told Lillian that we believe God will turn this around. Now it seems that this ruling will stand, and that is interesting!
