The Knesset Christian Allies Caucus (KCAC) commemorated today its 20th Anniversary in a formal, yet moving ceremony in the Israeli Parliament in Jerusalem.
EAL´s President Jan-Aage Torp was honored to be one of the invited guests from Europe.
KCAC has from Day 1 been under the directorship of Dr. Josh Reinstein, who coined the term «faith-based diplomacy», which has become a vibrant concept in the world today.
KCAC has grown in size and influence to such an extent that it currently has caucuses in 53 national and international parliamentary bodies, including the US Congress and the European Parliament. It is widely acknowledged that KCAC might be the world´s most powerful lobbying movement. KCAC works internationally under the umbrella of Israel Allies Foundation (IAF) with Dr. Reinstein as the President.
KCAC is co-chaired by MK Yuli Edelstein (Likud) and Sharren Haskel (National Unity). Its membership covers all of Knessets six parties - 18 Members of Knesset altogether.
In the commemoration today, there were insightful speeches by nine Members of Knesset, as well as by Dr. Jürgen Bühler (International Christian Embassy Jerusalem), Rabbi Yehudah Glick of Jerusalem, Peter Fast (Bridges for Peace), Jobst Bittner (Marches for Life) & more.
