In the past few weeks the Lord has reminded me in various ways about the 1st European Prophetic-Apostolic Roundtable that I led in Oslo on April 24th-25th, 2002 with Dr. Cindy Jacobs as co-leader.

I reminded Cindy about this when she visited Oslo last month.

The background was that I shared my vision for such a roundtable with Dr. C. Peter Wagner, who I had been closely connected to since my student days at Fuller School of World Mission in Pasadena, California in 1981-1983.

Peter said to me on the phone in November 2001, and followed up with a letter: «You are the one who must do this, like I am doing in the US with our roundtable. I commission you to gather prophets from all around Europe, and bring them together on an annual basis. A good time to begin is when Cindy Jacobs is ministering with you in Oslo next year.»

I immedately started, and Cindy did not hesitate.

On April 24th-25th, 2002 we brought together more than 30 prophets and developing prophets for a two day meeting at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel in Oslo. The roundtable was largely financed by a Norwegian businessman friend who only required that we allowed him to bring two Chinese leaders from Mainland China who were a part of the «Back to Jerusalem» movement. I remember many of the names, who were from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Faroe Isles, Iceland, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Romania & more.

The two days were powerpacked. A highlight was our prophetic visit to the Holmenkollen Park Hotel where some of the Oslo Accords had been negotiated 10 years before. We had a session in the Norwegian Parliament (Stortinget) where MP Jan Simonsen opened the doors for us for several hours into the Lower Chamber (Lagtinget). Several MP´s were present, and they were amazed at the bold prayers and proclamations that were made about the state of Norway. We were allowed entry into main Christian hubs like Filadelfiakirken, Storsalen and Domkirken.

The roundtable was followed by our two day public conference in the 700 seat auditorium of Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, which was packed. We called the conference «Glory Fire!», and the main speakers were Mike & Cindy Jacobs.

23 years have gone by, and we are now continuing, making up for lost years.
