Sometimes I hear that somebody is considered THE apostle over a city, a nation - or even a continent. Let me say immediately: That is RUBBISH!
Scripture establishes that apostles may have God-given spheres of influence. Paul and Peter had separate spheres.
But that does not imply that they had decisive authority OVER those areas. They were servants of God who washed the feet of men and women.
European Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ECAL) follows this Scriptural pattern. For administrative purposes, we appoint convenors to convene in nations, regions and continents.
But we are not apostles OVER anyone!
If anyone from ECAL or ICAL says something else, they are violating our principles and guidelines.
Apostolic leaders are servants!
